Partnered up with Brett Carlson, I took on my first day at help desk. A majority of the time was spent working on a project for our class that involved cyberbullying. We didn’t expect much to happen but that belief was scratched and trashed as we had visitors with problems we were able to solve. Hunter Kadra and her friends arrived with an issue on their ipads involving the Ibook app. Brett willingly took charge whilst I continued to work on the project. He single-handedly was able to correct the issue that Hunter and her friends were having. And I was able to finish the project at the same time.
